Outstanding customer service. Every volunteer is extremely friendly. Manager, Jane, is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I go in and pick up books regularly. Always met with a smile. Rediculously overpriced. £30 for second hand books that can be bought as cheaply brand new. People donate so things get reused and we don't consume as much not just to raise money the prices in this shop need looking at.
