I live close to One Stop in West Kirby.
The staff are amazing. It can get very busy but they are always kind and professional and very helpful and it is rare they don?t have what I need.
It is a vital store for older customers who can?t walk far.

Last two weeks constantly running out of milk first thing in the morning. This is no way to run a grocery shop. Very poor management. I'm being ignored by head office customer services
