Decent shop, staff are nice- except for one older lady who clearly Hates people so not sure why she works with the public - haven?t seen her in a while tho so hopefully she?s gone to spread her attitude elsewhere. ?

Same old story for this place unfortunately. You can watch customers walk up to the tills, be smiled at and spoken to politely then walk up yourself and get ignored and treated pretty poorly. Maybe one day some additional training will be offered...?

Customer service is utterly appalling here and hasn?t changed in years. One well known particular staff member seems incapable of saying please and thankyou and barely acknowledges that you?re there. I?m not stepping foot in here again, I?ve had enough.

5/5 for stock etc, however the customer service from the older lady behind the till is nothing short of abysmal. I'm a regular who thought maybe she just wasn't very personable but I've just watched her speaking extremely politely to 2 other customers infront of me with a smile on her face then it turned upside down the second I walked up. I also tried to explain that she was scanning the cheaper item for the meal deal but she just shrugged, scanned and gave me the price and I couldn't be bothered arguing over £1 but ALL the other staff members are great apart from her. GET RID ASAP PLEASEEEE! It effects the entire shop experience.

Great range of products, many Fair Trade options and overall an excellent selection for what is a small (therefore open all-day Sundays, to 23:00 hours. Recommended!
