Customer service could be better. Asked a question about a particular item and received a rude and dismissive reply. Felt very uncomfortable and will not return to this store.

Useful little store that carries loads of useful groceries that one tends to run out of at the most inconvenient times, which is where this store comes into it's own. There is also the convenience of the opening times from very early in the morning until at least ten pm in the evening.

Thank you to Mark for finding and returning my bus pass that I dropped in the Liscard store at the weekend. As a regular customer at the Tesco it was the place I went, to see if I could find my lost pass, it was due to his thoughtful action that I got it back.

I have been going to this store for a few years and there?s always been an unwelcoming atmosphere but not anymore!!! By the looks of things they?ve had new staff that are very warm and welcoming! I?ve had two visits here in the last week and both have been wonderful experiences! The young man at the counter (Tom) was so polite and welcoming! He packed all my items very neatly and very efficiently in my bag. I was one very happy customer!
I also had another visit here this week as it is my local, and I was greated by who turned out to be the new manageress when I walked in who was replenishing the shelves. I can say I?ve never been greated upon any arrival in any tesco store but it was lovely! She asked me how my day was and if I needed any help finding anything to let her know. She wore an infectious smile and she truly made my day just by a simple welcome!!

'Tesco Express' is a good place to shop if you're in a rush and don't have the time to wander around confusing large supermarkets. It has a wide range of products, clearly marked and easy to find.The staff are helpful, despite that they are busy and kept on their toes, as working employees.Even though designed to be a smaller area it still manages to have a wide range of supplies - be it fresh fruit and veg, all varieties of bread and oat, almond or hazelnut milk.I sometimes feel overwhelmed when shopping in the 'mega' markets that have become popular, so, Tesco Express is an excellent alternative if you also feel anxious in a large store. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, too. Which is handy, if, like myself, you are also a bit confused by automated shopping. Here, you can do that if you wish, or you can simply wait to be served - the way it used to be done!
