First of all, I walked into the shop and
was told to wait i was the only one in there. Then a delivery driver came in and was served before me, I gave the staff my sandwich order. The lad did not have a clue what he was doing several times through making my sandwich, he stopped and walked off.
Then when paying for the sandwich he then asked me. Would I like my change which I then replied? Yes, I would? Do not come to this Subway shop staff attitude Towards customers are terrible. They really need to brush up on their customer services skills!!!!!

I was driving through Liscard on our way to NB for a family day out. My 2 y/o daughter had unexpectedly vomited in the car. We had pulled over right away and I headed into Subway to ask for some napkins to help... A very kind lady who worked at Subway then came out and offered us a bottle of water. I didn't catch her name but just wanted to say thank you! We really appreciated it and it definitely helped at the time.

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever consumed, asked for a hearty Italian, gave me Italian off to a great start... once they took it out the oven they just left it for 10minutes... I have never seen 3 people struggle to serve sandwiches before, it wasn't even like it was packed there was 5 people. Absolutely horrendous service poor old lady behind me asked for her sandwich toasted, and they cremated it, I had to tell em to redo it, the fact they had to have a group meeting to decide if they should serve the burnt sandwich to the ol lady or redo it was awful. Then had to wait 5mins for em to wrap the footlong like they don't have fingers, then had to wait a further 5minutes to pay. Honestly the worst subway experience ever. Don't know if the staff is a social experiment or what but personally would reccomend avoiding it.

Whole order wrong after waiting over n hour. Every single footlong was completely wrong nearly 40£wasted. Absolutely thick staff. Read a recipe and make sandwich. It?s that simple. Clearly not able to follow an order an process it. Which begs the question who employed them. ? don?t answer phone when called to question the mistake.

literally everything other than hash browns and cookies (more hash browns that asked for) was wrong. order cost 50 pound overall. workers are quite clearly incompetent. may as well have tolders working there, sure theyd do a better job ?

I have never been to any establishment that had such terrible customer service.15 minutes wait while there were 2 customers including myself no acknowledgement from staff to even say "we will be right with you"1 staff member took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for another customer whilst the other stood on his phone in the back.I ended up leaving as I would have been late for work.Don't bother calling as they hang up on you.

The work environment was totally disorganised Today and the food display/trays where not attractive. The Sub i ordered was hastily made and messy. Hoping when i go again my meal will be more appetising.

For a restaurant that?s got no customers inside when I collected my online order today the staff still managed to get my order wrong and this is not the only occasion they?ve made mistakes, can?t trust to eat here. Wouldn?t recommend it?s terrible!!
