I have used this store for some time now to chill out and catch up on reading with coffee and snacks on tap.Everything has always been good and serial staff members have been charming, helpful, welcoming, engaging and a pleasure to talk to.Great place.

Ordered online for delivery which to be fair was quick, however items missing an hair in salad. Called uber who said to call uber? and called Wallasey village subway 4 times with no answer. ?

The sandwich was hard like a stone, when we asked why it tasted like that they said we don't know and most of the ingredients ran out ( sweetcorn, lettuce, tuna......)so disappointed ?.

Ordered on line and was given a pick-up time of 1:10 . Arrived at 1:10 and had to wait till 1:30 and even then they got one of the four subs wrong !

Terrible terrible terrible iv been calling they ignore the fone I'm trying to inform them thsy when they say you have to pay for extras yet uber has no option to do it some food dont even come up on menu staff very rude not mention everytime the female workers are in theres always hair in the food absolutely idiots have reported them to environmental health
