Me and my sister attempter to order on the Starbucks app on the way there but unfortunately it kept bringing up an error message , so we spoke to one of the barista?s there , even though i?m sure it was very tedious taking our long order, ?Libby? made sure it was all ordered and double checked to make sure it was correct , excellent customer service so thank you! ?

poor experience unfriendly, dirty toilets

The place is filthy, often see customers asking staff for a wet cloth to clean their own tables. Has The atmosphere of a morgue, no music etc, no aircon when it?s blazing hot. staff are work shy and uninterested, spending their time skiving in the back room. Or stood around talking ignoring the cups littering the already dirty tables. Now the toilets, oh my days?.. they are filthy and don?t get cleaned for days on end , never any toilet rolls, poo and period blood on the seats and walls etc (well done new Brighton for having the toilet and hygiene habits of a new Delhi slum) cups and plates are dirty, this appears to be a known thing as 90% of customers sitting in use take out cups. Shut this place down or get a new rota of staff

Came in today and. Long story short it turns out I didn't have enough on my bank card but the supervisor on today was so lovely and gave me the drink I had ordered for free off her own back her name was charlotte! Thankyou so much for making my day ?

Can?t fault the drinks, however the service is dreadfully slow. it takes forever to order, as you spend so much time queuing up, despite multiple staff working.Drinks are goodThe staff are polite.Toilet facilities good/cleanEdit 08/05Removing stars due to1. Service was so slow the queue was to the door and people choose to leave rather than wait. 3 staff 'making coffees', and none taking orders more interested talking to each other than customers. Not great experience.

Paper cups because only two staff on apparently so too busy to put the ceramic mugs in the dishwasher even though there was hardly any body there not a big fan of Starbucks tbh i like my coffee strong in small
