I arrived for my appointment and was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who took my details and directed me to the waiting area. There were a lot of people in the waiting area so I expected to be there for a while but I was called through very quickly and had my first assessment and went back to the waiting area to wait for the eye test. The area although packed with people and minimal seats had air conditioning on this was much needed and made the wait much more pleasant. I was only waiting for 10 minutes before being called through for the eye test. My prescription had not changed since my last visit. Every member of staff I encountered treated me with kindness and respect and I did not feel pressured in any way to buy new frames leaving with my prescription for future use as and when I want to replace the frames I already have. I will continue to make appointments with Specsavers and take my prescription to them if I want to renew my frames in the near future.

I?m hard of hearing. Had no tube for my hearing aid arrowe park could not help me due to staff sickness and this place wouldn?t help as I was under them! They wouldn?t even let me buy the tube which is pennys. Left me with no hearing till Monday!

Receptionist was a little quiet and robotic, I?m guessing she was reading from a script and perhaps a trainee?

I used to go to Liverpool, but found this place and loved it. The general atmosphere is very good. All the team members are helpful and professional, but with that friendly touch that puts people at ease. And they smile, which is a plus these days.
The shop is bright, clean and, in a sense, cosy. The glasses on display are clearly labelled and arranged, and you have all the time you need/want to try on different frames. I'm a rimless guy, so no much glamour for me, but my wife enjoyed her time in the shop while waiting for me, trying on her next pair of glasses.
