We go here anout 6 times a year. Prices have gone up and food quantities have gone down dramatically in recent months. It is hard to justify it now, there are much better value places out there. Great staff, but probably our last visit for quite a while.

We walked in and waited by the door approximately 3min last night. The restaurant wasn't busy. Three members of staff looked at us, however no one came to us, or even acknowledged us, so we walked out. Unable to rate the food, we didn't get that far ?
I wasn't expecting someone run to us straight away, staff was serving, however not to even acknowledge the customer or tell the customer that someone will see them in a moment is very bad customer service.

We visited New Years Eve and the restaurant was really busy. The service was great, every member of staff was friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The food was gorgeous, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

We had a lovely meal on Christmas Eve. Attentive but not obtrusive wait staff, lovely food, friendly atmosphere. And all just a 2 minute walk from our hotel.
A return is definitely on the cards when we are next in New Brighton.

Also 25% discount for staying at Travelodge.

We had a Bottomless brunch for our works day out! Would highly recommend . The staff where brilliant. The Brunch consisted of different choices of great food and plenty cocktails and beer .Was well worth the reasonable price and would definitely do again !!

Ok visit, enjoyed a couple of drinks, some garlic bread to share (nice) chicken carbonara decent portion but sauce not particularly creamy and a ravioli that was quite a small portion but was soon cold to eat as the dish was cold. Didn't feel like a £60 meal and had better food at the Cheshire Oaks restaurant.

Don?t go if you don?t want to be food-poisoned!One of the worst experiences I?ve had! The lady who served us was extremely unprofessional but that?s not the worst part. The food and drinks were quite bad for the price but especially the chicken and pepper with rosemary I couldn?t even eat it. At night after that day, I woke up violently vomiting for around 2 hours until I literally had nothing to vomit and was hurting extremely badly. I also had a fever and couldn?t move so I?ve not left the bed for the entire day, I will NEVER return so BE AWERE!!

Food was OK but is overpriced for what it is.
We got put in a corner and seemed to be forgotten about. Sat waiting for too long in between courses.
After finishing we were waiting for over 30 minutes for the bill, after asking multiple waitresses who then forgot again.
Advertised as ?kids eat free? even though we were charged for the kids meal.
Will not be returning again.

Served quickly by friendly staff.
Food was hot and tasty and decent portion. Dessert took longer than main to arrive but was a good size when it did arrive.
Only 3 stars for atmosphere as restaurant was empty due to being 21:00.
Would definitely visit again.
