If they don't want to take parcels why did they sign up for the service? The man who served my wife was rude and downright miserable. He basically threw the receipt at her. Won't be going there again.

Not easy to navigate as a huge sack of returned goods but handy to send back the plethora of buyer's remorse products that you have been mesmerised into buyer's remorse at midnight as you have been drawn back to your phone by yet another ping from your phone to buy 20g of monkey glands ?

Until today this shop would have got 5 stars from me. I use it for my Evri (ex Hermes) parcel drop and I ALWAYS buy about £5 worth of stuff. I don't think they get paid a great deal for handling the parcels and rely on it to bring customers to the shop, so I like to reward them by spending a little each time I go. Today was my first go at the 'packageless' Amazon service. There was no one in the shop when I entered and a young man strolled out, airpod in ear, and pointed to the other service section. I went and waited there but he served a man who had just come in after me and it was the customer who told me that it was a self scan machine. I tried to scan my QR code but couldn't; the assistant came and pointed at the machine to get it to print the label. That was the extent of the 'packageless' service as he point blank refused to wrap the package and even refused to give me sellotape to seal it. He told me to go home and wrap the package and come back. That's the last time I buy ANYTHING from this shop - although I will continue to use the Evri service, to whom I have complained at the non cooperation of the staff to provide a service for which they are being paid.

I?ve just been into this shop to collect two parcels, one was handed to me no problem, the man behind the counter refused to give me the second parcel claiming something about a date. I will admit it riled me and when I told him it?s my parcel he can?t refuse to give it to me. He then pretended to call Hermes then I asked for the number he admitted it was his boss on the line and I?m not getting my parcel. I said it was legally mine and I recorded it and him saying with a smirk? yes it?s legally yours but I?m not giving it to you? He removed it from the counter and just said ?bye?Absolutely disgusting.

Went to this shop just to send my hermes parcel couple days ago. Lad behind the counter looked absolutely clueless about this shop. The other guy was doing something on barcode scanner. Lad behind the counter seems to be very young and didn't know scanner by the till for the hermes label is not working properly as it has not printed the barcode properly, and when it came for scanning the label the other lad with barcode scanner was total ignorant, not paying attantion to whats going on around him and the clueless guy didn't even have enough balls to disturb him to let him know about waiting customer standing behind him... While waiting 5 minutes Iv seen 2 teenage looking people (girl and boy) who walked in bought bottle of wine without being asked for their ID and walked out. Seems like challenge 25 doesn't exist in that shop. Finally I decided take my stuff and send my parcel from other shop where people knew what they doing. This is how you loose your customers guys... People won't complain in your face but they wont come back again.

Appalling store. Issues with stock being out of date/inedible on the shelves. Recently I've had: bread that was in date but mouldy; milk that was in date but sour and today I purchased a multi-pack of 4 cans of John Smith's Extra Smooth Bitter and one of the cans expired in November 2019, whist the rest will expire in February 2022, It is now May 2021. A member of staff clearly did this on purpose and it is absolutely disgusting. It is my local store and I have shopped there for the past 14 years. I never will again. This store has degraded since it was overtaken by the Premier franchise who will not accept any responsibility. Also, most of the staff are woefully ignorant and rude, they focus more on their telephone calls than those of us who keep them employed. Avoid this horrible place or waste your money.
