Terrible customer service and bad attitudes. My 74 year old father went in branch to try and transfer £5k from his account to another in branch account. Despite bank being empty and having three staff just standing around chatting, they refused to help him and said that he would have to do the transaction at home. Father is computer illiterate and has no idea how to use online banking. He was therefore forced into going home and issuing a cheque to complete the transaction. Talk about going back to the old days. It's 2023 and staff's refusal to assist means we're back to issuing paper cheques. I have personal and business accounts with this branch but will be looking at moving now. Extremely poor show from NatWest Wallasey.

15 minutes to speak to someone? You need more staff. Cora is like your so called support what's the use of employing a robot. Sorry to see your locaL Branch has had their telephone removed? ? who pays for 0345 calls.

Once again natwest have blocked my payment to my chosen currency exchange and offered no explanation as to why, nor have they funded the money back into my account... Horrible bank
