It's not cheap, they usually only have one till operating forcing you to use the self check out unless you like to spend a long time waiting in a queue. Overall though they have a fine selection of items, the staff are nice and friendly and with the loyalty card called the MORE card you can grab a few bargains. I wish they would sort out their coffee shop and have a set opening time, it seems to open at random times between 9.30 and 10.30 but there is a Costa and Starbucks a minute or so away.

Unbelievable. We ordered a hot breakfast (on the self service machine) only to be told they don?t have hot breakfasts on with no explanation as to why. When we were told we can get refunded it took us almost 20 minutes to get the refund. It?s like businesses don?t want people?s money and then they wonder when their profit margins are down. No sign up or anything to say no hot breakfast (by this point the self service till had been switched off)
- at least 10 other people walked in after hot food so that?s another £100 down the drain for Morrisons. Madness!

Morrisons New Brighton Manager and staff were amazing today. Santa has arrived at Premier Care/Cera Care thanks to their support and generosity. Service was outstanding!

Went to hot counter for bacon sandwich advertised on sign. Waited 5 minutes for someone to arrive and then told she knew nothing about it so couldn?t help. Clueless.

A bottle of whiskey was on the shelf marked as being £36 normal price, £26 with the Morrisons card. Get to the till and it flags up saying unable to apply discount. I ask staff about it and they apologise, say I?ll get the reward points but they can?t reduce the price.
This is straight up mis-selling and breaking the law.
I was asked if I wanted to remove the whiskey from my shopping and I said I?m just leaving without making any purchase.
I wonder how many people they are managing to trick into buying items at full price because the shopper doesn?t want anymore time wasted?
Shocking, blatantly illegal practises going on down there; be careful!
