Very good clean and most items were stocked. Unfortunately, whether demand or delivery issues some of the items (vegan) were not available. Staff very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

went again today to find hardly any chinease meals in the fridge at all, with the one I wanted sold out, my husband picked up a chow meain dish and the packaging was all blown up felt the fridge shelves and they were all warm ! what a way to get food poisoning oh with stacks and stack of cold food sat around waiting to be put on to the warm shelves
for the price you charge M&S you should be doing much better

Never opens on time always well after 8am when staff loading shelves it's like a death trap trying to work your way around the crates throughout the store aisles quite often blocked

Myself and my sister were served this evening by the most lovely man named Mark. He chatted to us both and was so lovely and happy. He made suggestions about products and you could tell he enjoyed his job. We mentioned to our mum when we got home how kind the man who served us in Marks and Spencer?s was and she said oh Mark yes he?s served us before he?s lovely! Amazing customer service, he definitely deserves some recognition!

Queued to go in but moved very quickly, lady at the door wiping down the trolleys. As usual with M & S, plenty room down the aisles, floor marked out at tills to show where you should stand - easy to shop.

Visited here today, shop very clean and tidy.I was in need of a gift card not knowing how to process it at the self serve checkout decided to go normal checkout, the sales assistant was very rude and abrupt to lady infront of me and also with myself. I was quite shocked on how she behaved .I work in retail myself and I was in my uniform at the time of my purchases. I don't know if I will be visiting this place again in the near future.

You always think of M&S as being expensive right? .. But it's not, not only do they have reasonably priced great quality foods, they also do lower end price stuff if you have a tight budget.The quality of their burgers are amazing and priced as well as the other supermarkets, their pre-made meals are better quality and only for a few pence more. Their Honduras Prawns are simply amazing and is their bacon and cheese muffins.Their branded alcohol is a dearer than most places but they do have deals on now and then and you can get a loaf of bread for........ £0.65p yes just 65p for a loaf in M&S.
