Not sure why it is so hard to contact a branch, I have tried to ring the branch, but can?t find a local number. The national number says the service is not available at the moment. Absolutely rubbish service I just want to make an appointment.

100 percent service, they helped my mother inlaw out with her dad's account when he past, couldn't do enough. And also helped me out with opening my son's bank account, thanks Jan and Billy

If I could give it 0 stars I would but the way I was spoken to by the lady on the front desk all I wanted is is to take w large some of money out of the bank and apparently now u cannot take money unless its over 800 pound so u bank with someone who u carnt even use it and now it makes me not want to come back no care the way I was spoken to by the women I'm gobsmacked

Do the banks not want to help anymore! Always pushed to use cash machines when I needed some help, terrible experience today,went straight over to Natwest and opened a new account! Wont be banking with Lloyds ever again

Lloyds Bank in India Buildings Liverpool (1986) first helped me enormously and showed understanding and assistance. Fast forward to 2023. Lloyd's bank Liscard showing same level of care and understanding. Cannot fault this bank. Have been with them 49 years this year.

My wife died a month ago. Gavin, the manager of this branch has been sympathetic and efficient regarding sorting out our joint account.Here's a bank manager who cares about people as individuals.Thank you for all your help sir.

Being my own bank, I'm a fan of Lloyds generally. I'm sure they are no more unscrupulous than any other major banking institution, and in decades with them I've never had any issues. The Liscard branch is commendable purely as the only remaining physical bank branch in the area. How much longer it will be sustainable is questionable, as although the branch is spacious, relaxing and staffed by patient, helpful people, there doesn't seem enough customers passing through to make it viable in the longer term. The upside of this is that service is quick and very efficient with minimal queuing. Enjoy the experience while you can before the whole industry moves to online platforms!

Ian was the most helpful and professional guy for our meeting today. I have switched over to Lloyds Bank as they truely understand my needs and are all friendly and happy when I go to this Branch. You are all a credit to your company. Thank you for making me and the Airedale so very welcome ??

2 mid 40s -50s women at desk are very intimidatingly rude. More so the one with blonde hair. Didn?t show nothing than utter rudeness towards a customer for pressing the wrong button! Baring in mind she was old and does not know technology!
