Not sure why it is so hard to contact a branch, I have tried to ring the branch, but can’t find a local number. The national number says the service is not available at the moment. Absolutely rubbish service I just want to make an appointment.

100 percent service, they helped my mother inlaw out with her dad's account when he past, couldn't do enough. And also helped me out with opening my son's bank account, thanks Jan and Billy
