A prime example of why fast delivery is not always the best. I ordered some food and it arrived within 20 minutes, however one of the drinks was missing.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. Luckily the woman on the phone was helpful so I came round to pick the drink up and they offered me some free chicken to make up for it.

So I ordered a delivery of the Tower Burger meal. The tower burger was more pancake than tower. Pure over-promising and under delivering. The fries weren't a portion but more of a mouthful. The best thing that I can say about them is that there were more than 6 of them. The soft drink came in a small can like you might get on a plane. The peice of original recipe chicken was alright and the coleslaw was alright. Overall though for the price I feel abused and still hungry. This was their second chance after a cold, greasy, hour-late chicken bucket four or so years ago. They won't be getting a third chance.

Requested table service but had to collect food. Fries lukewarm. No orange juice. Chicken strips also lukewarm. Not a patch on new restaurant in Stafford. Disappointing.

After such a mess with a Just Eat order my partner and I decided to walk up to get the order and we ended up sitting in! the staff were stunning, especially Georgia and Kassina who helped us out over the phone and made sure we had a warm meal waiting after the stress of online! Wonderful staff and such a chill sit in!

The staff were absolutely above and beyond, And the food was lovely and warm. I highly recommend the bargain bucket as it is plenty for us to eat.
