“Called in this morning for some kiln dried sand and sand & cement mix . Greeted when entering the yard by a lad who was very helpful and chatty. I only needed a small bag of each and he sold me the smallest ones he could whereas other places would have tried to say they had only big bags. He helped carry one to the car for me Fella on reception was also friendly and chatty. A great little place, quite hidden where it is but worth a look as prices are great. £16 for 2 5kg bags. Top notch service. Thanks lads, much appreciated ?”

“Really popular today due to nice weather encouraging people to do projects. Problem was it was under staffed with few experts out on the floor to advise. Also only 1 staffed till so customers made to be unpaid checkup operators while being watched by a member of staff and cameras as if we are all dishonest shoplifters.”

“Excellent service from carpetright at bidston from browsing at the start right through until it was fitted. They helped and gave advice in the store when I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. The guys who fitted were lovely done a great job and were respectful and polite in our home. My carpet is so soft and fluffy exactly what I wanted I’m so pleased with it and would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.”
