Used the cash machine unfortunately the machine crashed and wouldn't return my card went into the bank spoke to a member of staff who told me she couldn't give my card back even though the cash machine crashed and because it was a card from another bank there was no way of validating it was my card even though I had Photo ID. She then give me a number for customer relations which was a waste of time because the staff refused to speak to them when I had them on the phone. Customer service was just non existent I was made to feel like I'd done something wrong when all I wanted was my card back ???

Staff very rudely told me no dogs except guides. I get that but I have been in there a number of times with my dog. I told her my dog is my support. No dogs I was told . Will be moving all my accounts....

I rang to pay my last installment but wasnt informed that £0.61 will still be due to be paid towards fees. I have received a letter advising me I am in areas and of course was scored down on my credit history. Never was late with any payment prior to that Poor customer service and lack of appropriate advice. I wish never to deal with Halifax again. Would not reconsider

Arrived 5 minutes before my pre arranged appointment. To be left sitting there for 20 minutes bank was not at all busy .Really need to brush up on the punctuality would have something to say if I turned up 20 minutes later. Appointment would be cancelled.
