We love Greggs food, and it was tasty as always but we had to take it elsewhere to eat as the tables were all dirty with crumbs, splashes of sticky liquid and the floor looked filthy with more bits of food and spilt drinks. I realise customers make the mess, but we went there about 11:50am before lunch rush and it wasn't busy so I was surprisedit hadn't been cleaned up. There was only 1 server who did nothing at all wrong but didn't bother to put our food properly into the bags meaning I had to juggle it all a bit before moving away from the counter at which point, he stepped to one side a bit and started serving the next person. I definitely prefer the New Brighton branch.

Was there today,whilst waiting in the queue a member of staff behind the counter asked if anyone wanted breakfasts, I took this to mean a sit down breakfast as it is a cafe.so didn?t reply when the young girl asked what we wanted I asked for bacon baguettes when she heard this,the staff member who had asked if anyone wanted breakfasts quite loudly said?oh,just ignore me then?. I found this to be very rude on her behalf and was quite offended

The price is good and the services are good too. It is very nice to enjoy a break beyond the peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair.

Eat in option is good but when refusing to make a 3 year old with ASD who has eating requirements a cheese sandwich. Manger being that person not good enough really to not accommodate for those with hidden disabilities.

As well as the hot food, they have cold sandwiches too, a lover selection of bread now and have vegetarian options, I rarely go here as it is the last shop towards the mill lane end apart from a betting shop, rowdy pub patrons and a Turkish barbers, some redevelopment needs to happen or that complete 3rd of what was a vibrant little area will be completely derelict soon.

Decent, staff super friendly, decent greggs seems clean and tidy. Decent sausage roll and hot chocolate. Shame the youth outside are ruining the area tho.
