Promised the phone to arrive next day, it did not then promised it for yesterday, did not arrive then promised for Monday. We cancelled the phone and just went to the Apple Store instead. Highly dissapointed

I supported my mum in the EE shop today.Immediately as we entered the shop, Will offered his help,guidence and support to my mum( Wendy) as to the best option for her replacing her phone.I would not hesitate to recommending his services to other customers requiring help.What a lovely young man.

Don't call in just after they open because it seems like they don't really want to help you out they just tell you to do it online.I've had good experiences here in the past, not recently though.
