Promised the phone to arrive next day, it did not then promised it for yesterday, did not arrive then promised for Monday. We cancelled the phone and just went to the Apple Store instead. Highly dissapointed

Elliot and Luke superbly were so helpful. Earlier in the day I went to EE Birkenhead and they were awful. Went to Liscard straight away
