I was waiting for Just-Eat app to show food I ready to be delivered, when it judt arrived.
Chicken strips were terrible. I have had better from Iceland.
Pizza was thin and crispy but not much flavour.
Loaded veg not great variety of flavours. Just tomatoes and peppers.
I have not used Dominoes for a number of years so I won't be using them again.
Food did arrive in good time and it was all hot/ warm still.

Ordered our food before 8pm when it arrived it was someone elses order so had to wait again when ours come it was freezing so complained and were promised a fresh order 10pm and still nothing so thanks dominos for ruining our kids halloween movie night wont be ordering from you again would of gave no stars if i,d of had the chance but wont let you why dont you employ people who know how to the actual job they are paid to do and not a bunch of kids who dont care.

I ordered with a niche request of a light drizzle of bbq sauce on the Korean pizza, they delivered. No complaints whatsoever. It?s not Michelin star but if you want a domino?s this ticks the boxes

awful experience, this dominos used to be good but its gone reallyyy downhill, used to order from here a lot 2016 onwards up until recently. thought we'd have a nice saturday night in with one of the family deals.
ordered for collection, arrived when app advised to and was told to wait for my fries, the staff didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. drove 5 mins home and the food was freezing
rang up, requested for delivery for food to be sent out hot and correct, took ages to explain the problem. then the delivery driver although friendly went to the wrong house, called me and i came out all fine. got the food..........which again had arrived cold and part of the order was missing so my partner rang the store, again had difficulties explaining and eventually requested a refund with no timescale / notification when this will be put through to me
utterly disappointing, dominos is expensive as it is and was meant to be a nice payday treat for the family, which backfired
should have just got iceland pizzas and been done with it ...........
in essence don't waste your time or money. the staff are all young and have clearly been sent there by the jobcentre.

I?ve been ordering from here for years, and I?ve never experienced this before. I was looking at my pizza and saw little white seeds which look like rice, but they are only on one slice of pizza, I searched up on google (white maggots) and they look just like them, but they are dead as they have been in an oven. I?m worried about becoming ill from this as I had some of the pizza as I paid £20.

We have had an anaemic pizza delivered with massively irregular pieces cut, that practically disintegrated when we tried to cut it in even slices because it was essentially raw in the middle.We contacted the branch to complain; the Branch Staff Member was clueless and then the Branch Manager argued about it.We are now having to cook the pizza in the oven, which obviously defeats the whole object of ordering a takeaway pizza.It?s no surprise the reviews are so poor.

I visited the Wallasey store to pay for an order that was to be delivered later in the evening for a party.I was pretty shaken up as I'd just had a fall and bumped my head quite badly. I was served by Nicole, who simply went above and beyond. She got me a chair and a bottle of water. She sorted my order and was reluctant to let me drive home only agreeing if I phoned the store to let her know I was home safely.In the evening, she phoned me to let me know my order was on its way.The pizzas arrives promptly and were demolished by the party of 18 year olds!So I just wanted to make sure Nicole gets the recognition she deserves. She is an absolute credit to the Dominoes team.

Disgusting place! Visited this place the other night to collect my order and witnessed something nasty and downright unhygienic. One of the staff with a brush in his hand sweeping the floor asked me about my order, then went and grabbed the pizza box and drinks. Didn't even care to wash his hands. Dominos doesn't seem to have dedicated cleaners. I also saw other staff do something similar. One of them even left cleaning tools and grabbed a bag of pizzas and left the store. I believe he went to deliver it. I will never order a food from this place. I'd rather eat from McDonalds or KFC or subway where people who handle food only handle food, people who deliver do just that, and people that clean just clean!

Bought a pizza from the wallasey branch , the lad charged me for two but I never noticed until later on after checking my bank online , no refund , completely useless staff , and certainly won't be going back
