What kind of coffee outlet doesn't even have espresso cups. A very poor one like this establishment in New Brighton. The service is without any charm or even interest.
As all Costa the espresso is served cold as the service.
It's reasonable priced and only slightly improved from the other main competitor

I use a crutch at the moment and the staff automatically offered to carry my drink to my table. Things like that make a difference.

Toilets are disgusting, as are the tables and floor. Very unhygienic.
Food and coffee is ok.
Staff are standing around chatting instead of cleaning up.

Didn't order food, only coffee. Staff were polite, friendly and professional, price was a little bit much but I'm getting old so I'm more than happy to let that slide as I find everything is a bit more expensive!!!

The cafe looks worn and tired. There isn't anything to eat if diabetic. Everything contains sugar. Diabetics also tend to have a low carb diet too so all the bread isn't suitable either. We only sat inside for a coffee and couldn't wait to leave. The toilet was out of order too.
