They buy stolen bikes off crackheads without checking proof or purchase then refuse to give you your stolen item back that they?ve illegally purchased. Half that shop is robbed don?t shop there.

Sold us a unsafe bike which when took in to the shop was near 400 pounds worth of damage brakes didn?t work wheel came off it and when we called them they said It was sold in good condition when it wasn?t it?s spokes where broken terrible don?t buy bikes from here without riding first !!!

Awful customer service. Attended and asked if they would be interested in buying a bike that was an unwanted gift. I was told to bring it in with ID and as such attended the following day. I was then told that they had no room for the bike and offered me £10 for a bike worth £300. Waste of time. Would never go back.

Recently made an online purchase from this store but first telephoned them to ask some questions. The team member I spoke with (Josh) was very helpful and either knew the answers to my questions or found the answers while I was on the phone. I then processed my payment online. All in all, a very professional service that left me feeling very happy to recommend to others.

Excellent customer service. I recently purchased an e-bike .they kept hold of it for me even though they had several emails of interest prior to me viewing it before I buy.Charlotte (staff manager) was just on her way out to grab a coffee but stayed to show me the bike and secure the purchase .a male staff member finalist the deal, he Was just has helpful. The bike battery was fully charged when I collected it and I even used it for work that even, no issues whatsoever.
