The two young ladies who work there restored my faith in customer service! They couldn?t have been more helpful, polite and friendly, even though I?d rushed in 10 minutes before closing time! After a stressful day, I honestly left their shop in a great mood! Excellent value for money too. Perfect. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! ?

This is a great place to stock up on greetings cards and they are normally a fraction of what you pay elsewhere without a compromise on quality. I also believe Card Factory cards are made in the UK which is nice to know.
