Really quick service, lots of seating areas available with USB and plug socket charging. Food was really good and the restaurant was actually pretty clean, alot better than most other Burger Kings.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance

Popped in out of the blue on a quiet Friday afternoon, got lots of good help and service from Jack one of the staff.....helped us ordering on the touch screens and delivered it to our table. Food was tasty and nice as were the drinks lovely views of New Brighton marina and Fort Perch Rock......Will pop in again ....cheers Jack.

Food was OK, self service machine was terrible everything you selected then gave you a pop up of other items forcing you to have to close the window then once order was done went to payment to be met with " something went wrong we cannot process your order" then wiped my order so had to go to the till and order everything all over again. staff on till very pleasant and polite, staff member cleaning giving filthy looks to us on exiting the toilet and while we where eating looked like she had sucked on a lemon.Wheelchair accessibility: Small part wheelchair accessible most of seating area up steps

Love taking the grand kids here, good choice of menu for 'fast food' all really tasty for a reasonable price. The staff and service are great also.

Doesn't allow online bookings and staff treat you with eye rolls and a bad attitude in store. Worst burger king I have ever been too.

Poor kid dying of thirst in the middle of what is probably the hottest day of 2023 was refused a bottle of water by staff and wouldn't have had anything had my own mother not bought him a drink. The food is typical BK stuff, but the staff, especially the one who refused to give that kid a drink should be ashamed of themselves, so should the manager who probably enforced such a stupid, neglectful rule.

Called in yesterday, myself,wife and our young one.Place looked like there had been a chimps party, litter every where.The drinks machine had limited drinks most had gone and you needed a code to use the toilets apparently this is to stop non customers from using the facilities yet there were loads of non customers queuing up.Won't be going in there again

Nice location , right next to the beach. If you get a window table, you have a great view of the water. The food was good, and the service was decent.
