The last 3 months has been a shocking service in regards to prescriptions. The time it?s taking to get them and twice I have ran out due to their incompetence, two of my medications are vital to my health.i will defy be going to a different one. I?ve given 1 star because some of the staff are so lovely in there especially the Scottish lady.

There nice enough but always shortstaffed which makes them grumpy.im thinking of getting my precription somewhere else though,its never on time and ive missed medication because of that.its a shame because its in a fab place.

So visited boots pharmacy for post op dressing today. They didn't have anything on the shelves so asked at the pharmacy counter. The answer was no if it's not on the shelves we don't have it!! Not a good experience from a pharmacy. Told to use clingfilm!!!! Went to Superdrug and they couldn't have been more helpful. Asked if they had a dressing and the assistant was so lovely and helpful. Boots you need to review your customer service!!

They had my prescription for 2 days, went there to collect in severe pain, only to be told they are under staffed to complete my prescription. They are closed on Sunday and I work full time. They should close the pharmacy. Leaving people without medication is wrong! Especially when you are also waiting a week to see a doctor. They marked it as urgent, however I am in severe pain and no prescription
