Really popular today due to nice weather encouraging people to do projects. Problem was it was under staffed with few experts out on the floor to advise. Also only 1 staffed till so customers made to be unpaid checkup operators while being watched by a member of staff and cameras as if we are all dishonest shoplifters.

Would like to say a big thank you to one of your staff, who helped me to put bags of gravel into my car boot. I think her name was Mimi, apologies if that is wrong. What a very pleasant,enthusiastic and helpful young lady, she is a credit to your store and could teach others a thing or two on how to treat customers.

They have wrecked the click and collect so now when I want a click and collect I have to walk all the way into the store cue like others to get my order it would be faster going in picking it up then paying for it wicks from now on for me

Customer toilets still closed since Covid so had to cut shopping trip short and ended up ordering over £500 worth of lights online, B&Q please be considerate to your customers and allow them to use the toilets
