No problem with the store but they really need to sort their car park lights out. There are no lights on in the main carpark making it really dangerous for pedestrians as cars reversing out of spaces can not see them. Been like this for a long time now.

Asda liscard used to be really good, i find now theres alot of empty spaces on the shelves , i spoke to a lady who works in asda i assume she was a manager, we had a chat about the lack of stock on the shelves and the fact that i can go to morrisons and get everything i need there but carnt do that in asda, her responce to me was, well you be my guessed and go and shop in morrisons. Now this didnt make think i need to put a review on about asda, the two separate couples i over heard while shopping complaining about lack of stock on the shelves, did make me want to put a review on,because if know one mentions how bad asda liscard is getting nothing will change!

Like the vast majority of ASDA supermarkets... overpriced food & produce which is not of the greatest quality ?.But fortunately like most other ASDA supermarkets it does has a decent bakery ???.Plus there's an ASDA petrol station ? here which sells some of the cheapest ?around.?.

I would love to know who the 'idiot in a suit' is that decided it was a good idea to completely move everything around in the store!!! Makes life hell for those with a busy life, which is the majority of us!!!ALSO why is the carpark in total darkness from the evening, not one light working. Some of them been out of action for more than a year. Does not make one feel safe when returning to your car. Absolutely appalling!!!!!

Never understood that they have an unused big area for George and not a cafe with a seating area.. as all the other competive cafes on seaview rd that initially protested against this have all closed down ... and disabled area for parking is not reflected in one such person having to trundle to the far end of store (common marketing ploy) to get the essential milk .... also more people at the pharmacy is very much needed..

Popped in yesterday for some shopping. Couldn't find our regular wine, so asked the guy replenishing the shelves. He was so helpful and offered to checked in the back. He came back and apologised as he couldn't find any. We were paying at the till when he came across to us. He'd found our wine, and then went to the trouble to track us down.His name was Mike. He was incredibly helpful and his customer service was above and beyond our expectations.Asda, he is an absolute credit to you...Well done Asda and Well done Mike... Thankyou!

Poor customer service, not from the staff but the company, I dont want to put a full weekly shop though self service. But there is not a single staffed till open after 8pm. This is not what customers want. It?s being forced upon us.

Repeatedly bought items only to find out they're well past their use by dates. Not to mention the meat in the reductions cabinet is consistently obviously not fit for consumption - looks grey or is obviously in blown packaging.

Why do you have so many toppings and non-dairy cheese on the make your own pizza section if youre always out of stock. You've been out of stock from non-dairy cheese for ages
