Dear Marks & Spencer Food Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent change at my local Marks & Spencer Food store at Speke Retail Park, Liverpool. I have noticed that the Plant Kitchen section has been completely removed in order to make space for the Christmas ranges.
As a loyal customer who relies heavily on the Plant Kitchen products for my dietary preferences, this change has been incredibly frustrating. The Plant Kitchen range has always provided a fantastic selection of high-quality plant-based meals, and its removal limits the choices available for those of us who follow a plant-based diet or seek out vegan alternatives.
While I understand that seasonal ranges are important, removing a whole section that caters to a specific dietary need feels short-sighted and inconsiderate to customers who depend on these products throughout the year.
I hope you will reconsider this decision and find a way to reintroduce the Plant Kitchen section at Speke Retail Park, while also accommodating the Christmas ranges. Marks & Spencer is known for its commitment to quality and inclusivity, and I trust you will take this feedback into serious consideration.

Used their money exchange system, they messed up multiple times and then refused to give me the cash that I paid for. Additionally, they charged me £10 for the cancellation, when they cancelled it. Won't be using them again ever.

I have always rated M&S 5star but today have reduced it to 4 as they would not change my bag for life despite the wording on it that they would do so.

The M&S chain of stores are prestigious stores that offer quality in the products they sell at prices to suit all budgets. The employees are friendly and helpful people. Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for a store where they can find quality products.

Unfortunately the Gluten free range is not great. especially the food on the move. It used to be good but since lockdown it's gradually getting worse.
Very small selection and not the healthiest choices. Most of the salads contain gluten too.

My wife needed double cream to make a banoffee pie. The shelves were empty on Friday during bank holiday jubilee. We asked Francine, who was filling the milk shelves on a step ladder. She stopped what she was doing and went out back to look for double cream. There was none there and she came back with single cream. She asked what our plans were and offered an alternative - put coconut milk in the fridge and it turns to whipped cream - who knew?? We carried on with our shop and as we were choosing crisps, Francine came from nowhere with a pot of double cream, telling us it had just come off the truck. In my experience, workers in other shops would not have even got off the step ladder, so we wanted to share our great experience with Francine and make sure it doesn?t go unnoticed. Just waiting for the banoffee pie to set now. Thanks!
