Poor attitude to customers and customer comfort.
Alfreton store in 30°C weather was so uncomfortable and no baskets provided as usual. Most shoppers complaining walking around with products in their hands.
Thousands of pounds of chocolate products ruined.
Management made aware numerous times about no basket availability. Management do not care.
It is simple, pay for aircon, will make shoppers visit. Provide baskets, will make shoppers buy more. This equals less of a business that is failing.
I'm nit using B&M anymore. I'm using home bargains where the quality and stores are better.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD, USE B&M DRIFFIELD MOST DAYS AND KNOW MOST OF THE STAFF, WENT IN A WEEK AGO AND BOUGHT 4 BOXES OF BEER, LATER THAT WEEK MY WIFE SAID DO YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE GOT 2 BOXES OF CORONA ZERO. GOT IT BY MISTAKE SO TRIED A BOX, DID NOT LIKE IT SO TOOK OTHER BOX BACK BUT THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT WITHOUT RECEIPT. RANG THE HEADQUATERS AND THEY SAID THE SAME SO THEY HAVE JUST LOST ONE OF THERE BEST CUSTOMERS

I live in L4 right behind County Rd B & M. I've always bought Chicken Licken Mini Bones 180g for dogs but last week there weren't any anywhere to be seen. I walked there specifically for them and I'm 70. I don't always have transport. You can always get them at B & M Gt Homer but its so far away. WHY IS THE PURCHASING DEPT FOR COUNTY ROAD NOT ORDERING THESE LIKE OTHER STORES. It's so inconvenient for me and I'm sure others too.
My rescue dog only likes these.

Was delivering at B & M RDC Speeke, Handed my keys and paperwork into goods in office. Then went round to their transport office to use the bathroom.
When I went into the bathroom their was no toilet paper in any of the cubicles.
So I went to the transport desk and spoke to one of the transport office personnel. I told him their was no toilet paper in the gents and could he ask someone if they could get some for the gents.
His reply to me and very loudly across the whole office was " What the F..k does that have to do with transport.
I was shocked that someone spoke to me like that.
Just about to ask again with rage boiling inside me.
When one member of staff came out of the office and said here you go and have me a packet of 6.( Which I went into the gents and put into each cubicle.).
I did raise my voice to ask why is he allowed to speak to me like that ...
No one replied to this question.
As a delivery driver going into RDC's and I behaved like that towards a member of staff , We would be asked to leave the they RDC and banded.
They all have notices around saying any verbal abuse or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated and you be asked to leave site.
So why does this not work both ways. We are just trying to do our jobs.

What is the use of having individual telephone numbers for the stores if they don't put you through to a member of staff. Wastes customers time and energy when they can be doing something else like shopping in another company that does think about customers

I have just been into the Warminster store and I was appalled at the state of the plants! I shouldn't think they have been watered since delivery and some of the plant are £25 - £30....not cheap. Poor management or just lazy staff.
