Appalling after care service. I experienced a catalogue of issues but once they have your money, they do not care. Firstly, the shower tray was broken when delivered. Wickes forgot to order the bathroom flooring and blamed me when it was their card machine that was at fault. They also forgot to order the extractor fan. One of the cupboard doors is damaged but will they done anything about it? Answer: No. The people who answer the phones are clueless and patronising. All in all what should have been a great experience getting a new bathroom has turned into a chastening one. I will say the bathroom fitters were excellent and that's the only reason for the 1 star. If you want a smooth and pleasant experience when ordering and getting a new bathroom then please avoid Wickes at all costs.

Purchased some wall tiles which were very thin, of low quality and not cheap. Every pack had 2 cracked tiles and some broke when trying to stick them to the wall and grouting (by a professional). Why sell such low quality? Would not recommend.

We moved into our apartment in Southport in February 2024 and the first major work to be undertaken was ro replace the old, tired kitchen with a new, stylish and fully functioning one, so we turned to Wickes. They are a company with an excellent reputation for providing quality products at affordable prices in a wide range of styles, functionality and colours. We visited the Wickes showroom at Kew Retail Park and spoke to designer, Ben Hollings Tennant and arranged a site visit to our apartment, following which Ben drew up a kitchen design for us which after a couple of minor alterations, we agreed on. Sean the kitchen installer came to make a final assessment and we agreed on a time scale for the installation. In total, the kitchen took just over two weeks to complete, interspersed with necessary visits from an electrician, gas fitter and tiler, all arranged by Sean. Deliveries of the units, appliances and worktop were coordinated by Sean and Wickes. We are very pleased with the finished product and we now have an extremely smart kitchen that we're really proud of and absolutely love using. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wickes.

The team in store have been nothing but fantastic with our bathroom. Booked appointments to our convenience, listened to our wants and needs in our new bathroom. Were swift in drawing up designs and adapting them and then finally booking the fitting. Cannot fault the store itself and the quality of the bathroom design and the physical bathroom itself.
Sadly the fitter that was sent has resulted in a lower review. This thankfully is being looked in to by the store and we can?t thank them enough for this.

Excellent experience and amazing new bathroom. Ben was patient and informative in our design. Nigel and Sean have been amazing with the installation. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Wicks Southport. From Ben the designer and all the staff in store who were all extremely helpful and Raf the installer was brilliant.

A wonderful experience from start to end. The small brown haired girl was a joy to behold and helped me to find my dream bathroom. I will think of her fondly every time I have a shower or use the toilet in my beautiful new bathroom. Richard was also very pleasant as was the manager. I definitely recommend!

Superb service from Wickes Southport. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen. It?s exactly what we wanted in terms of design and finish. Ben who helped with the design was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My wife changed her mind on design a few times but Ben just ensured we got exactly what she wanted. The personal touch of coming to site to ensure sizing was correct was brilliant. Either Ben or Jennie the manager were always available and so helpful if we had any questions. We found the quality of the finish and workmanship was much superior to other companies we had looked at and the customer service was amazing. We would have definitely recommend Wickes Southport to anyone looking for fabulous service, great design ideas and top quality.

Had a great experience with the guys in Wickes Southport. The designer Ben was really helpful and came up with such an inspirational design for our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody I dealt with along the way was really friendly and helpful especially the manager Jennie who really knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a kitchen or bathroom. We are very very happy with our new kitchen and can't thanks them enough
