Appalling after care service. I experienced a catalogue of issues but once they have your money, they do not care. Firstly, the shower tray was broken when delivered. Wickes forgot to order the bathroom flooring and blamed me when it was their card machine that was at fault. They also forgot to order the extractor fan.... read full comment

Purchased some wall tiles which were very thin, of low quality and not cheap. Every pack had 2 cracked tiles and some broke when trying to stick them to the wall and grouting (by a professional). Why sell such low quality? Would not recommend.
