I always go here as the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Today was no exception. Abi was brilliant, explaining clearly what my options were once she had reviewed my contract and usage. I have saved a considerable amount today and I would thoroughly recommend going to somewhere which deals with giving advice face to face. Use it, or lose it! Thanks, Abi.

I cannot speak too highly of the kind, and competent service I received at Vodaphone, Southport, this afternoon.
Laura has that priceless personal attribute; a good attitude - and her boss is not far behind.
When there?s not much to choose between the big mobile providers, I choose customer service. I?m glad I chose Vodaphone, Southport.

2nd time in a few years we?ve been in for new items. I can honestly say we?ve never had as good service from anywhere, Adelle served us again and was just as helpful, professional, polite and knowledgeable as she has been in the past ,she really does go the xtra 10 miles . I can?t recommend Vodaphone Southport and Adelle highly enough,absolutely brilliant.thank you so much .

I always go here for my mobile needs and have been doing so for very many years. The advice is priceless and always about what you want and not something they want to sell / sign you up for. From the store Manager to the staff, you cannot go wrong at Southport's Vodafone store!

Me and my boyfriend are here visiting from Canada. Laura helped us find a plan for the UK and helped us find one for the rest of Europe also. I had went to the phone shop next door and was ignored so I decided to go into Vodafone. Instantly Laura said "I'll be right with you", as she was helping another customer. Laura was so friendly and helpful and is a huge asset to this location. Her kind and knowledgeable personality made this an excellent experience ? I will be recommending Vodafone/Laura to my family and friends when they visit.

All I want to do is speak to someone about your data only deals. I?m with Lebara who piggy back off Vodaphone but find it?s far easier to speak to India that speaking to you. They don?t offer data deals for my WiFi for France.
