Norman who served me was fantastic. His product knowledge was second to none and the advise he gave was spot on. He listened to my needs and I was able to choose the right product. The added bonus was that we were able to get fitting the very next day due to a cancellation. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Well done. I will definitely recommend United Carpets to friends and family and will use this branch again. Please give a big shout out to Norman.

We are repeat customers, Norman is absolutely fantastic he always advises us the different types of carpets and underlay, goes through everything in great detail. We wouldn?t go anywhere else for our carpets.

I had a fantastic experience at united carpets, Norman was extremely helpful and I was really impressed with the price, he also managed to fit me in next day to have carpet fitted, the carpet fitters were also great lads, they were quick and tidy and did a superb job, would 100% recommend ?

There was many choices of carpet. Tom the manager gave us advice.I didn't order the right amount of carpet and has to return to buy more for a second room. Norman was most helpful and booked the 2 gentlemen to fit it straight away.Ernie and Mickey did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves and took away the old carpet.

Came to order carpet for 3 bedrooms ,landing and stairs. We were well advised on the type of carpet and informed about everything. We were served by Norman who put no pressure on us at all. He was well informed about his product. He was very professional and I will definitely recommend united carpets and beds Southport.

Excellent service from United Carpets. Brian was so helpful & supportive towards my parents and demonstrated a great understanding of their needs.
