Came in for a phone upgrade, fully expecting the usual stress, but Wiktoria had me sorted in no time. She new exactly what i needed, got me a cracking deal, and made the whole thing so easy i barely had to lift a finger. Not only is she rediculously good at her job, but she?s also a proper laugh. No boring, robotic sales talk, just someone who actually listens, knows there stuff, and makes the whole thing fun. If you?re due an upgrade, dont even think about going anywhere else, Wiktoria is the one to see! Tis shop is lucky to have her, and if she ever leaves, im following

Paul was fantastic!He sorted out a basic phone for my elderly aunt which has been a great help.He also helped me switch to 3 from O2. He was super friendly, very helpful and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to expect.My husband and kids are now going to visit to switch to 3 as well.I would highly recomend the southport store, the staff are knowlegable and efficient, friendly and so helpful.Totally deserve 5 stars ?

I went into the three shop in Southport as I needed to purchase a new phone.The level of customer service i received personally was excellent and all the staff are very knowledgable, patient, helpful, kind, caring, understanding and provide excellent advice.Thank you so much. Went into the Southport store yesterday with an issue with my new phone. Paul, the manager Went above and beyond in order to resolve the issue, but then again he always does. Spoken to him a few times usually for an issue my boyfriend has and he is always helpful and friendly. He's brilliant!!!

Went in shop for help because wasn?t getting anywhere online for help because wasn?t getting anywhere.I needed to upgrade to suite budget as now unemployed Gemma the deputy manager was so n knowledgeable and very patient with me and sorted out me a fantastic deal. She is a credit to your company. Thank you GemmaI will always used to treat Shop from now on. Very impressed with the service.
