Went into the store today at about 5.35 and had one of the best customer experiences i have ever had at a shop. The gentleman on the till was lovely, and the two staff members on the floor escorted me to where some of the items I needed were. They were even smiling. Fab team. Not exaggerating, they were polite, efficient, and friendly.

OK little shop. Can be expensive; price to pay for convenience. Be better still if I was allowed to shop there! Barred since my ex got the sack a few years ago!! Not sure WHY I have been told I can't shop there, tho hav sneekily when my exes old colleague isn't about ?

So I went today around 7.30pm to the shop , payed at the self checkout and left. Apparently my card didint gone true.2 shop members run after me, shouting I havent paid. I was confused and returned to the shop, apologised, as it never happened to me before, paid my bill, and left. Then I return to the shop , around 22.30 same day, and I went to self checkout again, as the staff was no present at the till. The staff member that saw me before , called on radio for his staff member to deal with ME. The another guy comes over and they both was looking at me like I wont "pay" "again" and he asked the guy if hes able to manage? I was left humiliated and disgusted of the customer service at the place,I understand, the first time my payment was not accepted but threat me as a thief after I payd, its unacceptable! Also I visit the shop every day for more that 2 yearsand no incident happened before. Absolutely awful.

The staff here ACTUALLY ANSWER their phone, which is more than can be said for their colleagues in the GIANT Tesco Extra Store in Kew. For that and the help they gave me when I rang, they deserve credit and 5 stars.
