Went again today. One male serving had plenty of time to consult other members of staff. No one else serving. One female member of staff stacking the shelves ignored the que. From 1 person waiting which the male was serving the que reached 13 . No one came to serve. No action taken this pharmacy should look at other Tesco Pharmacy's in the area for example Chorley. If 1 person is waiting other servers arrive. Today at Southport staff leaving the pharmacy with plenty of time to talk to colleagues about social issues. What's happened to service with smile. The walls behind the counter need to be knocked down so we the customers can see the staff talking rather than serving.NOT TESCO SERVICE WE EXPECT. Why don't tesco send market research in to see first hand the very disgusting service or lack of it.WE NEED IMPROVEMENT NOW.

Always seems to be a problem with your prescription when using this pharmacy and staff are generally rude when trying to resolve it. Stick to Asda or Superdrug

The Pharmacist here is so rude! Barged past me once when I was speaking to the assistant and the second time when I was paying for my prescription. I said 'excuse me?' and the way she spoke to me was appalling. The member of staff I was dealing with Kimberley was absolutely superb, very polite and apologised on the pharmacists behalf. The Pharmacist should take notes from Kimberley on Customer Service!!

Dreadful customer service. The male pharmacist needs to get some training and advise from perhaps Boots or Superdrug in town. They give the customer the time of day to listen to their issues and resolve things over the counter, rather than say ?call 111?

Dreadful customer service at Tesco pharmacy Southport, today Monday 26th July. An elderly man was sat waiting patiently on a chair at the pharmacy counter. He advised me he had been there 15 minutes as other customers being served. I queued behind him. When the customer in front left, so did the pharmacist! Nothing was said to either of us but the lights were switched off although an assistant remained. Eventually the man got up and ambled to the counter to be told he would need to come back in an hour! Apparently the pharmacist had gone for a break and the assistant could not serve on the shelf items without her!!! Now I understand staffing levels have suffered BUT I don?t understand why there was no communication from anyone and an old man was just left to sit there! It is OBVIOUS that if customers are waiting they are not simply taking in the view! A cursory explanation would have been in order and should have been forthcoming.

Was told to return in 15 - 20 minutes to collect a prescription, as it wasn't ready. Returned after 20 minutes to be told the prescription was waiting to be checked. I explained I had to go to work and could not return later, also the drugs were time critical and needed to be taken at 4pm. Might as well have talked to the wall. My son does not have his medication and will miss a dose because the pharmacy are so slow to react. Also, really annoying when the assistant talks to you as she is a highly qualified shop assistant !A very annoyed ex customer of Tesco pharmacy, Southport RGN. MSc Neuropsychology.

Prescription never ready even though always go day after doctors surgery sent
You can always see staff standing talking in the back whilst customers waiting
