Flowers are stunning but shocked at how bad the service was considering the price. The woman who served me uttered 1 word and 1 word only to me and that was ?card? ? I was so confused I had no idea what she was talking about .. think we were in the shop for no longer then 2 minutes. Disappointing

Really disappointed with flowers - exact opposite to what my relative ordered. Asked for pastel and got bright. Offered to go and request gift back and refund to me, but that would have been upsetting for recipient.

My flowers arrived this morning and they are beautiful but the whole experience was spoilt after a man rang me yesterday to check my address for delivery . I said I've not ordered any flowers then it clicked I said well its my birthday tomorrow maybe my husband ir children have ordered them. There was a pause and he laughed and said oh well you'll have a surprise tomorrow then and I thought well no I won't as I know now . The whole point of using a florist is for the experience snd the surprise element that why you pay nearly 3 times the price of just buying them in a shop . We have always used you and your flowers are gorgeous but we are upset and annoyed given that's its my 70th birthday so a big special one so all the more upset

Superb service that you can?t get from the ?big companies?. Ordered online at 11am for same day delivery, arrived by midday which is incredible and totally unexpected.Flowers look outstanding.

Excellent bouquet bought for a birthday. Very fresh, and for the price on par with supermarket flowers but looked so much better. Support local buisness more. Would highly recommend.
