They got the sizes mixed up. The smaller was so bitter I couldn't drink it, the larger so weak I couldn't taste coffee. Admittedly as a Melbournian my standards are high.

Fantastic staff, coffee was great as always..but good grief. What a pit..!!
Toilet was old damaged and all pipes on show looked filthy, the decor, tables and chairs were all worn, grubby and made the place feel very dirty..
The worst coffee shop for staying in on lord st, without doubt....what a shame
Wheelchair accessibility: Good, street level wide entrance. But once in, its very cramped

Nice latte not to busy inside only small disabled toilet on site went in there for a dump but could hear people cueing outside the door so put me off ? like all Starbucks everything is overpriced !

Photo makes it seem the Starbucks is wider than it is. Ok if it is just you or one companion but if you are in a group please order take away. Other than that :Clean place ;Friendly staff.Parking: It is Southport Only if you have a disability badge you can park on the street for free?

Wonderful place to go to meet up with family and sit outside and catch up. The drinks we had were really nice and I would definitely recommend going.

We visited at a quiet time 6pm and 1/3 of the tables were dirty and filled with used dishes. There were plenty of staff in duty, so there was no need for this. It would put me off coming again!
