I had the worst shopping experience in my life as a customer. The worst management and staff. They have no manners and affinity to run a business. Customers are just pound signs, not humans. I advise the head of Customer Service Management to look into the abuse customers receive in the store. Never visit the store or buy from Sports Direct again. I spent over £200 in this economy, and the treatment I received was unbelievable when I wanted to exchange. The management is like talking to the wall, with no manners, communication abilities, or management style. Very, very disappointed.

Cavernous place with a huge variety of trainers and workout clothing. I went in for the first time yesterday and was initially put-off that I couldn?t find anyone to help me. But then I found an assistant, Aiden, who couldn?t have been nicer, more patient or more helpful. He helped me find the perfect pair of trainers and carried them to checkout for me.From now on, I will go no where else for trainers and gym stuff. A++++
