I have had a fairly extensive eye problem history, I had and appointment today at Specsavers in Southport, what fantastic service I recieved, from a very thorough consultation, from then being handed to Jenny that took me through the procedure of choosing my frames and lenses, what a wonderful helpful lady she is, very pleasant and very thorough, nothing was too much trouble for her. I can't praise them highly enough. Well done to everyone. I look forward in picking my new glasses up in ten days time.

This morning the 10th of August I had an appointment with the audiologist at the Southport Store to have my ears syringed for wax removal, however the delightful young lady after examining my ears said they were clear with no sign of any wax in either ear, she then asked me how my hearing was and I replied awful, she promptly said right my next appointment is not until 11am, so because I previously had been for a hearing test at the same store, all my details were on the system for a referral, she simply went and got a pair of hearing aids, programmed them and honestly and truly I was amazed at the professionalism of this young lady, I came out of the store feeling ten feet tall enabling me to hear clearly once again and at 81 years of this young lady is clearly dedicated to clients, I will be forever in her debt

Went to collect hearing aids repaired under warranty. The assistant that attended to me was not the one that received my aids back in the store. It took some time to locate them ... a hiccup in internal systems? However, service was polite and courteous with copious apologies for the delay.
