I parked on the promenade and bought a parking ticket for a day out with the kids, when I’ve closed the door the ticket has flipped over and got a PCN, I understand the ticket inspector couldn’t see the time on the ticket but to uphold the charge when I appealed and sent proof is a disgrace, another reason to not visit... read full comment

What happened to face to face. You get through to someone who is working from home. They only have limited access to the system. They can help with basic questions but any real questions they can't help as "I'm only acting as reception". After taking 3hrs to get through, lady was as helpful as she could be. Didn't help... read full comment
