I have been using this pharmacy for over 30 years and always used them for prescriptions, never ever again, I have never been spoken to in the way the tall gentleman ( if that?s what you want to call him) I believe he was the pharmacist spoke to me over a small disagreement telling me that what the doctor had proscribed they didn?t have but another medication would do, I said I want what my doctor prescribed not something ells, then he tried to belittle me say ?anyway your pronunciation is wrong, I told him I would not be coming again to which he said OK no problem I take you off our computer so we won?t receive anymore prescriptions and did it in front of we, what a arrogant man! I have now started using Boots in Churchtown and very happy with the service.

I said I would name and shame any business profiteering out of this crisis. I went to buy my usual packet of Nurofon plus. I have a chronic condition and always in pain. The tablets which cost me £7 last week. Cost me £10 today. This is a disgrace.

A very pleasant and attentive staff.Over many years, my wife and myself have found the staff to always be willing to help us.We are now in our early eighties and the staff deliver reliably.Our only problem is that the business closes on Saturdays!

As a regular visitor to Southport I sometimes have my prescription faxed to this pharmacy and have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Been in this chemist twice now and the blonde woman on reception is so unhelpful struggles to raise a smile, she is definitely I. The wrong job, won't be using again.
