It's a bit hit and miss as to whether you get reasonable customer service. Most staff are happy to help but there are sadly a few very bossy and far too important 'Karren's' on the staff that can make going in this Sainsbury's rather unpleasant. If you ask a question or for help don't expect that you will always receive a friendly response.

No customer toilet, when I asked I was advised to use the toilet at Costa over the road. Waiting in the queue for the Costa toilet the person before me reported exactly the same experience!
