I wanted a colour print of a parking permit so I tried this shop. Previous trips had been good. I entered and stood behind another customer who looked to be being served at the tills/ printer. I'm then abruptly told by a staff member to get in the queue. Confused I look where else I could be standing to be in any queue. After a brief exchange another sheepish looking customer is pointed out to me who is stood at the window. There's no need to be rude to a customer who joins a queue at the tills and waits patiently. If they had said nothing the flow of custom would have been exactly the same. I didn't even move because I was already queuing.
The cost was probative and the print was adequate. I won't be returning.

Bought a Parker ball point refill which lasted only three weeks.
Took it back, minus receipt but with evidence of purchase on my credit card statement.
Young lass I initially approached scribbled a bit with it an pointed ink on page. "It's working fine"she said.
Told her it was not, scribbled some more ink dried out,point proved.
Manager summoned.
Refill replacec.
Job sorted.
Young lass needs customer training.

The 2 female assistants were so helpful today They went above and beyond to help with my issue with a printer I had recently purchased. I can't thank them enough for their help, patience, excellent knowledge .and friendly manner. I'll definitely shop there again. ?
