I recently called into the southport shop. There was a lovely top I wanted to look at. Unfortunately 2 sales assistant stood in my way so I couldn't get to it. They were more interested in chatting about their social life than serving customers. The liverpool shop is so much better

Wonderful experience visiting here today. They had a sale on with lots of elegant clothes! I came in as I had an online gift voucher to spend. I had no idea how to use it. The 2 girls at the till (one being a manager) were very patient with me and accommodated me to get the gift voucher working. They showed me how I can continue spending my gift voucher in other shops. Such a friendly atmosphere, a huge thank you to you both! ?
