Love this store, everything is set out well, so it?s easy to find. Only problem I have is the check outs are upstairs so you have to make sure you have all you want to purchase from the ground floor.

It's OK store but I never seem to be able to find what I am looking for in there sadly. I guess it's just not big enough to carry a lot of stock .

Today 3rd September 2024 I visited Southport primark.Ive shopped here for years and always polite and helpful staff in the store.Today I have never felt so humiliated by a member of staff.I walked towards her checkout as the customer before me had left.To be greeted by zelda saying abruptly I'm not ready yet I apologised.She then totally ignored me and carried on putting clothes on hangers whilst I was left stood there.She then rudely said again I'm not ready and shouted to a nice young lady on end till will you serve her.Young lady on end till made me feel better as her customer service was perfect.I left the store feeling very upset.Ive worked in customer service for 44 years and ongoing.I would never treat my customers the way zelda treated me today.She needs some training on customer service kind regards Irene mercer.

Grown up, more floor for the shoppers. Same stuff, low quality (I wouldn?t say cheap anymore!) products.
Good for all ages, sizes etc.

Not a fan of now only tills upstairs. Layout doesn't flow anymore. Always clothes on the floor. Hard to navigate around with a pram, tight spaces.

What wonderful service I experienced on Saturday 26th May by a young lady on the first floor . The sales assistant was understanding and informative to my granddaughter who has autism and was shopping in a very busy shop . The sales assistant was working on the disability counter , thank you for all your help .

Unbelievably just one person was serving when I arrived to return items. After waiting a good 5 minutes a manager appeared & a buzzer sounded which I hoped was the call for another staff member to go to the tills, however no-one arrived so it was over 10 minutes by the time I reached the assistant. I was very disappointed that no apology was forthcoming for the wait; needless to say I won't be returning. Just because their clothes are cheap it doesn't mean customers should be unworthy of being shown some common decency.
