A nice modern Italian restaurant right on the high street serving good food and giving good service. The service was really good from Calub and he helped us through the evening very nicely.Lovely Xmas atmosphere,good decor and the calzone was excellent.They had run out of some of the main deserts which was a shame but the mains was plenty enough with the sides aswell.
Parking: Not many spots at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift to the restaurant which is only a few steps high and The toilets are upstairs.You should ask about the disabled toilets.

I'm puzzled by this restaurant. It looks lovely and the staff are nice but the dishes (from a set menu devised for a restaurant chain) seem to be differently cooked each time. Usually love the Saltimbocca chicken. Ordered it last Sunday and the meat was bitter and the whole thing was swimming in stock. It's never been 'wet' before. It's always been on a plate but this time had to be served in a bowl. Recommended the pea and goats cheese pasta to my Mum. It's usually delicate and delicious but this time it was drowning in sort of vaguely cheesy sauce that overpowered everything. What? It was a treat for my daughters 21st so a bit disappointing. They liked the biscoff cheesecake though. Not sure if we will go again.

We eat here a couple of times a year. The staff, manager and waiter, are really professional. The food was tasty and service great. Had a voucher for 2 for 1 for main course, so the cost was reasonable too.
Parking: Parking in the streets nearby.

My family and I visited yesterday (6 of us).We were greeted by and taken care of by a fabulous waiter who was so attentive and great with my 2 grandchildren. The food was amazing, beautifully cooked and seasoned and hot which can be a bonus in some restaurants. My daughter paid the bill and in the process of leaving we somehow forgot to tip our super waiter...we're really sorry and we'll call back to rectify this oversight... So a big thank you for a great visit and a bigger thank you to our super waiter who we will make a concerted effort to seek out when we next visit Southport in a couple of weeks. Excellent.

We've just been in tonight for tea . The welcome was good and from then onwards the staff were absolutely brilliant. Couldn't ask for better service and the food was except. We been many times before but not for a while and always been happy but tonight the staff in there were absolutely spot on ??? very pleased and they deserve the praise and tip ??

First time visit to Prezzo and would definitely recommend that you try a visit. We were greeted by a fantastic waitress and was asked if we had any allergies before we were seated. We ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Calabrese Calzone ( which I was able to replace the cheese with vegan cheese). For drinks we had a larger and a cloudy lemonade (you have to try this ). The food was excellent and I cannot fault it, the service was fantastic... I would definitely suggest you try a visit .

Visited this Prezzo recently and the level of service I received from the gentleman who served me was exceptional.
The food choice was good, the food itself tasty and the present very good also.

The staff did not listen.
The food was cold and the portions small.
Lots of swearing could be heard from the other tables.
It was an around poor experience and I will not be returning.
