This is my local Post Office and is widely used. It has been taken over fairly recently and whilst the new owner is lovely, some of the staff are awful. No greetings, no questions, rude, abrupt, scruffy?. the list goes on.
I took a parcel in to return and was not greeted at all, I placed the package on the scales to be weighed and showed the gentleman my QR code to be scanned. Still no communication apart from throwing the parcel back on the scales and then reluctantly scanning my phone. Disgraceful!
As an ex Post Office Manager, if I had seen any staff behaving like this, there would have been concerns raised.
Whilst this is my local PO, I do try and avoid using it if I am out and about. The PO within a small Morrisons nearby is excellent, and everyone is very friendly.
Sad state of affairs.

Have been going to this Post Office a while now as Southport town does not take Evri over the counter. Staff always pleasant and efficient. On last occasion I had trouble with my phone code and Tony was so helpful in sorting for me. Tony and all staff are a credit to the Post office. ?????

The staff in this post office have to be the most welcoming, every time I pop in which is very regular. They are always there with a smile and a kind word. The shop is always clean and well stocked, if they don't have what you are looking for they will try and find a alternative.

I cannot praise this Hesketh Drive post office enough. Each and every member of staff, courteous, helpful and totally professional. Probably the best post office in Southport.

Have been using this post office for years and it has changed ownership 18 months ago and the the service and facilities have improved. Meet everytime I go in by friendly staff who have taken there time to get to know and build up a friendly welcome and know people. Always willing to help and give a good service.

Great post office. Really lovely people on the counters who deserve an award for having to deal with rude and entitled customers. Post office is a good little shop, lovely cards and all the range of post office services you?d expect from helpful, friendly and polite staff.

Super post office. All very helpful and friendly. Does most drop off and collect services like Evri and others which in today's world is an absolute boon. A really fine example of community serving shop.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! The staff are always cheery and talk to me. Store is always in good shape, business is always good. Would give more stars if I could. Frequent twice a week at a minimum

Just moved into area, have 5 businesses, buy load of stamps per week (200-300). Come there old guy moaning about how because I did my own postage he wont get the 10p for his electric bill. Lost customer. Need to get rid of this old man negativity spreads. Other young lads seem freindly.
